$3 Processing Fee for Credit Card Transactions

Due to rising costs of charges associated with our Credit Card transactions we have had to re-evaluate our fees associated with using a credit card as a method of payment . This letter is to inform you that if you use a credit card as a means of payment with Optic Communications your account will be charged a $3.00 processing fee beginning June 1, 2023.
One option to avoid this fee is our Auto-pay option. You can pay your account automatically each month by using your checking account or a debit or credit card. This will draft on the 7th of each month. This automatic payment is exempt from the $3.00 processing fee. Call or stop by our office to fill out an auto-pay authorization form.
Another option is by using our paperless bill option. This will give you a $2.00/month credit off your total bill. Just sign up to receive your bill by email and use our auto-pay option, you must have both email and auto-pay to qualify for this discount.
You can also set up to pay your account online at our website www.opticcommunications. com by clicking on the pay my bill link. This will allow you to pay your bill automatically by entering your bank or card information and selecting the payment date. There are no fees associated with this option.
