CALL OPTIC COMM FOR SEWER ISSUES RELATED TO FIBER INSTALLATION

With regards to sewer service lines in Carl Junction, MO.:

Optic’s contractors do their best to locate customers’ service lines, utilizing the sewer clean outs if available. However, things happen when installing an underground utility. Our contractors have asked that if customers are having sewer issues after we have been on your street to please call Optic Communications directly or call the city of Carl Junction before calling an outside contractor or renting any equipment to attempt to fix the issue. Our contractors have the equipment and the staff to fix the issue without the customer having to do anything. If Optic’s contractors are not given the opportunity to fix the issue, there will be NO reimbursement for an outside contractor.

Our contractors can and will come to fix the issue as soon as we are contacted.
